Weekly announcements

August 30- September 3, 2010

·         If you need to drop off or pick up a student, please find a spot on one of the streets around the school to park.  Please do not park in the bus lanes in the front or south of the building.  Also, we ask you not to stop in the middle of the street to do a pick up as it creates an unsafe situation and backs up traffic.
·         If your child is interested in singing in the Rocky Mountain Children's Choir after school on Thursdays at Hill, a flyer will be given to your student on Monday.  Details of the program will be outlined on the flyer.
·         Back to School night will be on Thursday, September 2nd from 6 to 8 PM.  On Thursday afternoon, students will be bringing home their schedule of classes you will follow that evening. We hope you are able to come, meet teachers, and learn about curriculum.

From the PTA
·         The PTA is going to have a Meet and Greet. If interested in getting involved in PTA, please visit their table in the lunchroom during Back to School night.

Upcoming Dates
·         Look for information to come out soon about after-school activities.
·         There will be no school on Monday, September 6th as it is Labor Day.
·         School pictures will be taken all day on Thursday, September 9th.  Watch for payment packets to come home soon.
·         Friday, September 17th is an Assessment Day and Monday, September 20th is a Planning Day.  Both days school will not be in session for students.
